Terms & Conditions

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The discount applies exclusively to non-promotional items and healing packages, except for packages and workshops listed at a fixed price. (Therapeutic Fullmoon Package, Therapeutic Juice and Hydra-Life programs are not eligible for the discount.)

“I CARE” passes are exclusively for friends, limited to one pass per friend.

All complimentary sessions and workshops must be used within the membership year and cannot be carried forward.

Benefits and bonuses are valid only during the active membership term and subject to availability.

The Sirius Sound Collective reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits with prior notice.

⁠One free group session can be claimed each month (RESET membership).
The free session cannot be carried forward or combined with another month’s session.
Monthly Subscriptions are committed for the full agreed period and cannot be cancelled once started (12 months period).
Monthly payments are recurring and must be completed in full. Failure to do so may result in appropriate recovery actions.
Claims under monthly payment plans cannot be made all at once and must follow the scheduled claim intervals.
