Terms & Conditions (Commitment, Benefits & Cancellation)

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE & COMMITMENT

We understand that life is unpredictable. Our programmes are designed to support your healing journey with structure and consistency, not to create rigidity or pressure. These terms exist to honor both your commitment and ours.

Programmes are non-transferable and non-refundable (Monthly and Annual Plan).
Programme enrollment automatically continues month-to-month.
Programme discounts apply exclusively to non-promotional items and healing packages, except for packages and workshops listed at a fixed price. (Therapeutic Full Moon Package, Therapeutic Juice and Hydra-Life programs are not eligible for the discount.)
“I CARE” passes are exclusively for friends, limited to one pass per friend.
All complimentary sessions and workshops must be used within the programme year and cannot be carried forward.
Benefits and bonuses are valid only during the active programme term and subject to availability.
The Sirius Sound™ reserves the right to modify or terminate programme benefits with prior notice.
The complimentary session cannot be carried forward or combined with another month’s session.
Programmes may be withdrawn from after the minimum participation period, with 30 days’ written notice.
Requests for withdrawal made before the completion of the minimum participation period will be reviewed in accordance with the bonus and benefit conditions.
Claims under monthly payment plans cannot be made all at once and must follow the scheduled claim intervals.
For monthly payment clients, benefits will be unlocked gradually over the first 3 months, and can be redeemed one at a time each month
