8:00 AM – Registration & Welcome

  • Location:  MacRitchie Reservoir Drop off Point
  • Meet up point: Windsor Nature Park carpark (Venus Dr)
  • Participants check in.
  • Facilitators introduce themselves and provide an overview of the walk.

8:10 AM – Mindful Warm-Up

  • Activity: Guided stretching and breathing exercises to set the tone for the walk.
  • Facilitator explains the importance of mindfulness in movement and nature connection.
  • Participants are encouraged to focus on their senses: the sound of leaves, water, and birds.

8:30 AM – Guided Nature Walk Begins

  • Route: Scenic trails around MacRitchie Reservoir (approx. 1.5-2 km).
  • Focus Points:
    • Pause at key spots (e.g., by the water or under a canopy of trees) for reflective moments.
    • Facilitators guide participants to tune in to natural sounds and rhythms.
    • Share brief anecdotes or insights about nature’s healing effects and how sound therapy aligns with it.

8:50 AM – Sound Healing Break

  • Location: A quiet, shaded spot along the trail (e.g., near a scenic view).
  • Activity:
    • Participants sit or lie down while facilitators use singing bowls, chimes, or other sound healing instruments.
    • A guided visualization or meditation promotes relaxation and connection with nature.
  • Duration:  Around 20 minutes.

9:15AM – Reflection Circle

  • Location: A resting area or clearing near the trail.
  • Activity:
    • Participants share thoughts, feelings, or experiences from the walk and sound session.
    • Facilitators encourage discussion about self-love, mindfulness, and breaking out of routines.
  • Journaling time: Attendees use the provided journals to write down personal reflections or intentions.

9:30 AM – Social Connection, Closing & Farewell
