Mental health
needs reconnection.

Mental health is not only a symptom or a diagnosis. It is something every one of us carries, and it shifts with how we live. When we feel safe, rested and connected, the mind has room to rebalance and find its way back.

1 October 2026 · Loving Sounds turns one

A year of showing up, one person at a time.

Loving Sounds is our social impact arm. We began it with a simple belief: moments of rest and connection should reach people wherever they are, not only those who find their way to a studio. One year on, more than a thousand people have been part of it. This October, we celebrate by opening more doors.

This October

Five ways we're serving,
in the ways we can.

Some are open to everyone. Some are shared with the people you love. One is quietly reserved for those walking through something heavy. Choose what fits you.

Loving Sounds Student Pass

Learning to pause is a skill for life.
It's easier when we start young.

An ongoing initiative by Loving Sounds, the social impact arm of The Sirius Sound®, officially launching on World Mental Health Day. Students can take an hour away from the pressure of school at a subsidised rate, and caregivers of young children can make time to rest and reconnect too.

Use your pass to join our guided group sound therapy sessions: a calm space to rest and unwind that may help support stress, anxious feelings, sleep and stress-related digestive discomfort.

Sirius 1-to-1 Sound Spa

A Massage Without Hands.
A Moment Entirely Yours.

Experience a different kind of spa, where space, scent and therapeutic sound come together to immerse your senses in deep relaxation. Let gentle vibrations surround you as you step away from the outside noise and reconnect with the YOU within.

This experience is for you if…
Your body is exhausted, but your mind keeps running when it's time to sleep.
You long to switch off from constant thinking, responsibilities and everyday noise.
You're always giving your time to others, but rarely have a moment that belongs entirely to you.
You want to experience a new way of caring for yourself, beyond a conventional massage or spa.
Choose your intention on the day: Deep Rest · Refresh · Ground · Reconnect
Make rest part of your routine, not your last resort.

05 · Healing in Crisis

Continuing our support for breast cancer survivors

Throughout October, Healing in Crisis continues to offer a space of rest and reconnection for women living beyond breast cancer. Recovery is not only physical, and no one should have to carry the rest alone.

Places are offered to selected participants. If you, or someone you care about, might benefit, we would be glad to hear from you.

How we see it

The mind can find its way back.

Our brains keep forming new connections throughout life. We can't force that process, but we can make room for it: a pause, a sense of safety, a moment of genuine connection. That is the space we try to create, one session at a time.

01
Pause
Step out of the noise long enough to notice how you actually are.
02
Feel safe
Rest comes more easily in a space where nothing is asked of you.
03
Reconnect
With yourself, with the people around you, and with the small practices that keep you well.

If you're struggling right now

Our sessions are wellbeing experiences, not a replacement for medical or mental health care. Please reach out to people trained to help.
