World Mental Health Day · 10 Oct 2026 · Singapore

Everyone tells you to take care of your mental wellbeing. But what actually works for you?

Senses of Wellbeing is an afternoon built around three guided ways to pause: sound, scent and touch, so you find out for yourself instead of being told.

The problem with "just relax"

Wellbeing advice is everywhere. Practice is not.

Work. Family. The pace of everyday life. We all know we're supposed to "manage stress" and "take care of ourselves," but most days, that advice stays exactly that: advice.

It doesn't tell you what to actually do when you're standing in your kitchen at 9pm with nothing left to give.

  • "Manage your stress."
  • "Take care of yourself."
  • "Be more mindful."

Our question

Can your everyday senses become simple, practical ways to pause?

We think so. So instead of another talk about wellbeing, Senses of Wellbeing gives you the chance to actually try it through sound, scent, touch and nature.

Three ways in. You choose two.

GROW

What you leave with

More than a nice afternoon.

This isn't "I made something." It's "I discovered something simple I can do for my wellbeing."

  • Your candle or wellness sachet: a physical cue to pause, made by you.
  • A simple sound/breathing practice: no equipment needed, use it anywhere.
  • An Everyday Pause card: your own one-line commitment to what you'll keep doing.
  • A take-home wellbeing resource: so this doesn't end when the day does.

Your afternoon

Not a workshop. A journey.

Before you book

Good questions.

Do I need any experience?+

None at all. Every session is fully guided, and there's no "wrong" way to participate.

Can I do all 3 sessions?+

Your ticket covers 2, to keep the day comfortable and unrushed for everyone. Want to go further afterwards? See our ongoing 10-session group programme and 1-1 Sound Spa below.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?+

No. Senses of Wellbeing is a community wellbeing experience, not a substitute for medical care, therapy or counselling.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?+

Let us know at registration, and we'll flag any candle-making or sachet-making scent and material sensitivities to the facilitators in advance.

Is it refundable, or can I switch sessions?+

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase and not exchangeable for any other product or programme, so please choose your sessions with that in mind.

Give yourself permission to pause.
