Recommended for deeper work
You’ll receive guidance on simple after-care: drink plenty of water, rest gently, and be kind to yourself. A salt bath with a few drops of essential oils can support your body in continuing to release. Some clearing may continue gently for 24–48 hours, this is normal and a sign the work is still integrating.
Sessions are recommended every 2–4 weeks to continue going deeper. Each session builds on the last.
