World Mental Health Day · 10 Oct 2026 · Singapore
Senses of Wellbeing is an afternoon built around three guided ways to pause: sound, scent and touch, so you find out for yourself instead of being told.
The registration fee helps cover the workshop materials, venue, and event delivery costs, allowing us to create a meaningful and accessible community wellbeing experience. It also helps us confirm attendance and minimise no-shows, ensuring every place is valued.
The problem with "just relax"
Work. Family. The pace of everyday life. We all know we're supposed to "manage stress" and "take care of ourselves," but most days, that advice stays exactly that: advice.
It doesn't tell you what to actually do when you're standing in your kitchen at 9pm with nothing left to give.
Our question
We think so. So instead of another talk about wellbeing, Senses of Wellbeing gives you the chance to actually try it through sound, scent, touch and nature.
Pick any 2
Five Elements Sound Therapy & Intentional Listening, with The Sirius Sound®
This is not your usual sound bath. Step into a multisensory reset that layers Five Elements Sound Therapy, intentional listening and an oxygen-enhanced environment, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Elements philosophy.
Timeslots: 10:30am · 12:00pm · 1:30pm · 3:00pm
"What do I notice when I let myself listen?"
Ocean Within: Mindful Candle Ritual, with GemyCo
More than a candle-making class, this is an invitation to slow down through your senses. Working with scent, touch and mindful creation, you’ll craft your own Ocean Within candle, an ocean-inspired piece that represents the calm that can still exist beneath everything happening on the surface. Take it home and let lighting it become a small personal ritual: a cue to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.
Timeslots: 10:30am · 12:30pm · 2:30pm
"What helps bring me back to myself?"
Scent of Serenity: Custom Wellness Sachets, with Connexions
Blend dried flowers, herbs and botanicals, including lavender, rosemary and chamomile, into a custom sachet chosen for what you need right now.
Timeslots: 10:30am · 12:00pm · 1:30pm · 3:00pm
"What does my body need right now: calm, ease, or rest?"
What you leave with
This isn't "I made something." It's "I discovered something simple I can do for my wellbeing."
